Launch windows system command line - Start > Run 2. Navigate to Quickr connectors install directory: such as: C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus Quickr connectors 3. Type "regsvr32 DIEntry.dll" 4. Reboot or log off and log in again to Windows to take effect. Thanks to my own clever team – I now have an answer to how to fix this:

1. Launch windows system command line – Start > Run
2. Navigate to Quickr connectors install directory: such as: C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus Quickr connectors
3. Type “regsvr32 DIEntry.dll”
4. Reboot or log off and log in again to Windows to take effect.
